Job summary

State Street Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Associate in Structured Trust and Analytics to manage day-to-day activities for a set of investment vehicles under AVP supervision. You will liaise with collateral managers, onboard deal closings, review workflows, train staff, and support management with metrics while advancing relationships with clients, investors and internal groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance or economics.
• 2+ years of experience in an investment firm.
• Experience manipulating large data sets in Excel.
• Create Excel-based models to measure tests and parameters from legal docs (CLOs/Bank Loans).
• Read and interpret Indentures and Offering Memorandums.
• Work with credit instruments and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Collateral Managers to strengthen relationships and generate new business leads.
• Assist in onboarding new deal closings per New Deal Setup Procedures.
• Review analyst workflow.
• Train staff on proper servicing techniques.
• Assist management with metrics and other administrative items.
• Execute Excel/Solvas models to calculate CLO tests and prepare quarterly waterfall disbursements.
