• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or related leadership roles.
• Experience applying generative AI tools and technologies in consulting or business environments.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for client-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Independently own and manage one or more project workstreams from problem definition through final recommendations.
• Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, build workplans, and prioritize analyses to drive client outcomes.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate performance, opportunities, and profitability.
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations and models.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and interviews; present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Manage workstream timelines, risks, and dependencies; ensure high-quality execution.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities.
