Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Prior advisory experience at a top-tier strategy firm or Big-4 consultancy is required.
• Preference for roles within sourcing and procurement functions.
• Experience managing direct and/or indirect categories.

Responsibilities

• Understand a client’s procurement organization and strategic sourcing capabilities.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with growth and financial goals, integrating forecasting, demand/supply planning, inventory management, and distribution & logistics.
• Lead supplier identification, approval, contract and pricing negotiations, and vendor relations.
• Develop implementation plans to drive procurement and sourcing initiatives.
• Conduct analysis as required by the scope of projects.
