Your Role And Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager leads the implementation of Maximo for Federal construction and infrastructure projects. This role oversees planning, budgeting, and execution across a range of project types, including commercial, residential, industrial, and public works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Maximo-based Federal infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade professionals to ensure timely, compliant execution.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, permitting, and onsite activities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety codes, legal regulations, and quality standards.
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones, and resolve issues to maintain progress.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Education

Master’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Federal IT or Maximo-related contracts
  • Minimum of 5 years overseeing cross-functional teams and technical delivery
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Maximo or similar enterprise application projects
Required Certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Security Clearance

Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
  • Experience with Federal construction or infrastructure programs
  • Familiarity with Maximo implementation best practices and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of Federal acquisition regulations and compliance standards
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder communications and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
