Job Summary
Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HPLC method development within Analytical Development at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities will include the development or improvement of new or existing analytical assays as well as their qualification. The candidate will be expected to help drive initiatives to enhance the technical capabilities of the group while maintaining good understanding of regulatory guidelines. Experience in HPLC is a plus. Must be self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Hands on experience with HPLC for purity and impurity analysis
2. HPLC method techniques
3. Experimental design and troubleshooting
4. Good laboratory practices and attention to detail

Qualifications
O Must hold a bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field at an accredited university or college
O Strong laboratory skills and familiarity with analytical chemistry techniques such as HPLC
O Excellent written and verbal communication skills
O Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
O Good attention to detail and collaborative teamwork O Sense of purposeful urgency and prioritization skills
