Job Description

• Technical Development is seeking a highly motivated associate scientist with a purification background to assist our development team in creating processes for the clinical manufacture of oligonucleotides.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with both purification and analytical development departments to evaluate novel purification options, including column chromatography, membrane filtration, and precipitation.
• The candidate will perform and document laboratory studies.

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in chromatographic purification development of oligonucleotides.
• Candidates should be proficient with chromatography systems, including AKTA and HPLC systems.
• This position requires good communication skills, a willingness to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment, and strong problem-solving skills.

Education:

• B.S. or M.S. in biochemistry, chemistry, biochemical engineering, or a related field with 2-6 years of laboratory experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
