Strand Therapeutics seeks a Senior Associate Scientist of Cellular Analytical Development to join a high‑performing team in Boston. You will independently perform cell-based experiments, develop analytical methods for mRNA and LNP products, and support transfer to external partners under the Scientist of CAD leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing cell-based assays with robust documentation.
• Familiarity with ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry readouts and data interpretation.
• Background in mammalian or ex-vivo tissue culture and related analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Run and develop cell-based mRNA and LNP analytical methods.
• Assist in transfer of methods to external collaborators.
• Use statistical tools to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Support screening, optimization and scale-up efforts in mRNA and LNP Process Development.
