Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) is a mission-driven real estate private equity firm focused on affordable housing across the country. The Senior Associate in Asset Management will strengthen financial operations, support reporting, analysis, and portfolio performance, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll contribute to budgets, valuations, and automated reporting while maintaining strong lender and investor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate portfolio financials, budgets, and monthly statements.
• Prepare quarterly real estate valuations and cash flow models.
• Coordinate audits with property management and external firms.
• Calculate distributions per partnership and loan documents.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards for portfolio metrics.
• Monitor DSCRs, LTVs, and other lender-reported metrics.
• Support tax credit equity installments testing and covenants.
• Perform loan sizing for new construction translating to permanent financing.
• Present testing results to leadership in monthly reviews.
