Job summary

JLL in Chicago is seeking a Proposal Coordinator/ Specialist to craft pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for new business pursuits and renewals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of related experience, Architecture/Engineering/Real Estate experience a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong verbal communication and client service focus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys working on pitches, pursuits, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals.
• Projects manages creation of RFP responses and pitches by coordinating meetings, content, edits, and debriefs.
• Maintains data and develops insights for new business pursuits, including new sales collateral.
• Learns JLL platform across multiple service lines to manage cross-selling opportunities.
• Gains an understanding of JLL tools and technology.

Experience

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneDrive), Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign)
• Technologically savvy
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
