HITT Contracting is seeking a Senior Associate, Pursuits to lead responses to RFQs/RFPs, interview materials, and award submissions from Falls Church or Atlanta offices.
The ideal candidate has a marketing/communications or graphic design background, strong writing skills, and Adobe InDesign proficiency, plus experience managing proposals in a fast-paced corporate setting.

The senior pursuits associate leads the development of responses to RFQs / RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. He/she acts as the marketing point of contact for assigned business units of the company. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, high-performing, collaborative, and has strong customer service and communication skills. The position requires excellent writing and design layout skills, project management skills, and the ability to work autonomously. The senior associate must multi-task and manage priorities while working under multiple deadlines to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Key to the success of this role is seeking efficiencies, developing process, and driving for results. The senior associate collaborates with business unit leaders, the graphics / branding and communications teams, and other corporate resources. The selected candidate will be located in either our Falls Church, Virginia, or Atlanta, Georgia office.
The position reports to a pursuits or marketing manager and works with minimal supervision.
In accordance with Virginia Senate Bill 215 (SB 215), the base salary range for this position is: $77,000.00 - $112,000.00 Compensation in other cities and states may vary.
The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
