Lovegrove & Lastella, PLLC in Broward County, Florida, is seeking a Senior Associate attorney to join its expanding first-party property insurance defense practice. The role requires exposure to homeowners' insurance and related litigation, with a strong emphasis on high-quality written advocacy.

You will manage a full caseload, draft reports, conduct motions and depositions, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• Member in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal court.

Responsabilités

• Manage full caseload.
• Prepare initial case assessments/reports.
• Conduct motion practice.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Directly communicate with attorneys and clients via telephone and e-mail.
• Track and record billed time on file-related tasks.
• Oversee associates.
