Qualifications

• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal court.

Responsibilities

• Manage full caseload.
• Prepare initial case assessments/reports.
• Conduct motion practice.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Directly communicate with attorneys and clients via telephone and e-mail.
• Track and record billed time on file-related tasks.
