Job summary

TLT is recruiting a Senior Associate to join the Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team across Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham or Belfast with flexible hybrid working. The role focuses on non-contentious contracts in energy and infrastructure, advising premier clients and supporting tenders and business development.

You will manage complex client matters, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with Partners to grow the team nationally while delivering high-value legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2PQE+ and autonomous work style.
• Experience in non-contentious/infrastructure projects preferred.
• Energy/infrastructure sector experience beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to supervise junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage client work in infrastructure on complex contracts with Partner support.
• Delegate to Associates, Trainees and Paralegals.
• Develop relationships across client base.
• Support Partners on tenders.
• Participate in business development to grow the firm.
• Supervise junior team members to support development.
• Contribute to team strategic planning and BD activities.
