Job summary

Burges Salmon, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Construction & Engineering practice. You will advise on cutting‑edge UK and international projects, collaborating with project, real estate, finance and corporate lawyers to enable complex infrastructure initiatives to come to fruition.

You will be expected to build relationships, sit on industry groups, and contribute to business development while managing a varied workload with autonomy and a client‑focused

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working on high quality construction and engineering projects.
• Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Experience of effective matter management and business development activities.
• Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
