Qualifications

• 5 years in private equity valuation across PE firms or banks.
• 5 years analyzing financial statements and legal documents.
• Understanding OPM models and capital allocation.
• Knowledge of accounting/regulatory changes in valuation.
• Identify control deficiencies and fix them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to challenge peers across groups.

Responsibilities

• Assess fair value of Private Equity investments and CLNs.
• Support control initiatives and management reporting.
• Collaborate with groups on valuation issues and measures.
• Enhance control framework and pricing processes.
• Participate in value-added projects with Business, Risk, and Finance.
