Capital Dynamics is seeking an experienced client relations professional to support its U.S. investor base as Senior Associate, Client Relations, reporting to the Vice President of Client Relations.

This pivotal role will be a principal touchpoint for sophisticated institutional and private wealth investors, guiding onboarding, ongoing servicing, and reporting in collaboration with Legal, Compliance and fund administrators.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6+ years in client services or investor relations operations.
• Direct external-facing experience in private equity or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of AML, GDPR, and fund subscription/transfer agreements.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary contact for U.S.-based investors during closing and post-close.
• Manage post-fundraising communications and reporting to clients and Sales.
• Oversee investor communications by email and phone across U.S. time zones.
• Maintain client relationships with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guide investors through AML/KYC onboarding with Legal and fund teams.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, tax preparers, and auditors to resolve queries.
