Job summary

Mphasis seeks an experienced Investor Relations Representative to support our private equity and alternative investments platform. You will serve as the primary contact for investors, handling onboarding, capital events, reporting, and ongoing relationship management.

The ideal candidate has about 6–8 years of experience in investor services or fund administration, with strong knowledge of private markets operations and investor expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding and servicing for complex structures and institutional relationships.
• Serve as point of contact for investor inquiries and complex matters.
• Manage investor lifecycle events ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Own investor data integrity across systems and identify discrepancies.
• Review investor communications and reporting for consistency with fund performance.
• Collaborate with Investment, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external providers on investor initiatives.
• Support audits, system implementations or enhancements.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation to scale investor experience.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high service standards.
