State Street Corp in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Associate for the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services group. You will manage general ledger maintenance, prepare financial statements, footnotes, and capital allocations for global real estate funds and affiliated entities.

You will review capital calls and distributions, perform waterfall calculations, and support client communications. CPA or pursuing CPA is preferred, with fund accounting or public accounting background and strong

Competenze

Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience.
CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification.
Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

Maintain the general ledger for fund entities and prepare supporting work papers for financial statements.
Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures for investment funds.
Conduct analytical review of monthly/quarterly fund performance data.
Review and prepare capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
Prepare waterfalls and capital account allocations; assist with client correspondences and special projects.
