State Street is seeking a Senior Associate in the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services group within International Fund Services. You will prepare, analyze and report investment and fund performance data for global real estate funds and affiliated entities, while maintaining the general ledger and supporting statements.

You will review capital calls and distributions, calculate management and incentive fees, and collaborate with clients, auditors and banking partners to deliver accurate

Formación

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience required.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred.
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with clients.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations
• Preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
• Reviewing and/or preparing capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations
• Preparing various client correspondences
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations
• Special projects as requested.
