Job summary

Responsibilities

Analyze investments and perform financial analysis and modeling.
Prepare term sheets, LOIs, and review transaction documentation for digital infrastructure deals.
Conduct market research and develop investment models.
Prepare transaction due diligence and investment memos.
Present investment recommendations to the investment team.
Monitor portfolio investments and valuation analyses.
