This role spans Direct Lending, Asset-Based Finance, and Structured Credit. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent with AI tools. Onsite four days a week, with core days Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–9 years in corporate development, corporate strategy, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Organizational and project-management skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Distill complex information into precise, objective analyses for investment committees.
• Produce board, executive, and committee materials with clear narratives and visuals.
• Conduct data analysis across Private Credit platforms to support decision-making.
• Leverage Excel, AI tools, and data visualization to improve reporting and workflows.
• Coordinate priorities, track deliverables, and drive execution across initiatives.
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance governance and reporting processes.
