Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–9 years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, management consulting, executive office support, investment banking, investment management, investor relations, client service, or related analytical/business operations role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complex information for senior audiences.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and responsible usage.

Responsibilities

• Distill complex information into precise, objective analysis for investment professionals and senior leadership.
• Produce board-, executive-, and committee-level presentations with clear narratives and visuals.
• Conduct data analysis across Direct Lending, Asset-Based Finance, and Structured Credit for origination and risk monitoring.
• Leverage Excel, AI tools, and data visualization to improve analytics and reporting.
• Coordinate priorities, organize teams, track deliverables, and drive execution.
