Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–9 years of professional experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, management consulting, executive office support, investment banking, investment management, investor relations, client service, or related analytical/business operations role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to distill complex information objectively for senior audiences.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Distill complex information into precise, decision-ready analysis for investment professionals and leadership.
• Produce board-, executive-, and committee-level presentations and reporting with clear narratives and visuals.
• Conduct data analysis across Direct Lending, Asset-Based Finance, and Structured Credit to support decision-making.
• Leverage advanced Excel, AI tools, and data visualization to improve analytics and processes.
• Coordinate priorities, track deliverables, and drive execution across strategic initiatives across the platform.
• Support the Private Credit Transaction Committee with meeting materials and action item tracking.
• Standardize recurring reporting across investment, risk, finance, and operations teams.
• Assist leadership with ad hoc analyses and strategic projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance workflows and AI usage.
