Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in private credit or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, valuation methodologies, and middle-market capital structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Interest in credit investing and collaborative, team-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit underwriting and initial analysis of new opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models and investment analyses.
• Assist with due diligence and transaction execution.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and materials.
• Support portfolio company monitoring and performance assessment.
• Perform industry research and valuation work.
