Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience across investment banking/M&A, private credit or private equity.

A leading alternative investment and asset management platform is seeking an Associate to join its growing GP Solutions team in Dallas.

The team provides bespoke capital solutions to middle and lower middle-market private equity sponsors, investing across a range of GP and fund-level transactions including single-fund and diversified NAV loans, preferred equity, fund financing, GP management company financing and continuation vehicles.

This is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity to join a small, growing team with a broad investment mandate. The Associate will work directly with senior team members across origination, structuring, underwriting and execution.

The platform has deployed significant capital across the strategy in recent years and is continuing to scale as demand for NAV-based and GP-level financing grows across the private equity market.
