Qualifications

• Ability to produce high-quality underwriting documents under tight deadlines.
• Independent worker who proactively manages assigned portfolio.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of regulations governing financial products.

Responsibilities

• Grows and manages an assigned portfolio of banking credit relationships to drive net interest income and fee revenue.
• Maintains high client satisfaction with periodic meetings and cross-sell opportunities.
• Delivers prudent underwriting and timely portfolio management within a middle-market portfolio.
• Directly negotiates terms, leads loan discussions, and closes transactions with proper documentation.
• Prepares underwriting documents with clear risk justification and analysis.
• Ensures renewals and reviews are completed on time.
• Collaborates with Risk Management on underwriting and approvals.
• Maintains compliance with laws, policies, and guidelines.
