Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is a national plaintiff-employment platform seeking an experienced employment litigator in Georgia. This fully remote role requires occasional Atlanta-area court appearances, depositions, and client meetings as needed.

You will independently manage 20–30 active matters, draft briefs, conduct depositions, lead settlement negotiations, and shape trial strategy while advising executive clients.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• At least five years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong plaintiff-side experience or transferable litigation skills.
• Experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA and discrimination claims.
• Arbitration and settlement-negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage litigation independently.
• Stable employment history and strong commercial judgement.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20–30 active matters initially.
• Draft briefs, dispositive motions and demand letters.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle court appearances and arbitration hearings.
• Lead settlement negotiations and assess case value.
• Prepare trial strategy and second-chair complex matters.
• Advise and communicate directly with executive and professional clients.
