Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential Atlanta-based law firm, seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a busy civil litigation practice. The role offers hands-on responsibility across employment and commercial disputes with exposure to other civil matters as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of litigation experience, a Georgia JD, and active bar admission. You will manage matters, draft pleadings, take depositions, and support settlement negotiations, with in-office work four days

Qualifications

• Active Georgia bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience; 5+ years considered with higher salary.
• Prior private practice law firm experience.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances (hearings).
• Strong legal research and persuasive writing; managing discovery.
• Stable employment history; prefer longer tenure.
• Willingness to work primarily from the office and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage active litigation matters with supervision, including calendaring and strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct legal research with persuasive writing.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in court appearances and hearings.
• Drive written discovery, document review, and discovery motion practice.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel; support settlement negotiations.
