Job summary

Material Holdings seeks a Senior Associate, Performance Analytics to support organic social analytics and client reporting. You will develop dashboards, analyze cross-channel performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing programs.

You will collaborate across analytics, media, strategy, and client teams to improve reporting efficiency, maintain data quality, and present clear findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in digital or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience analyzing organic social programs and measuring impacts.
• Proficient with data visualization/BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Familiar with Snowflake and SQL for data prep and validation.
• Experience improving recurring reporting via connectors and automation; Supermetrics preferred.
• Comfort using Claude and ChatGPT to enhance reporting while protecting client data.
• Knowledge of digital media measurement across paid social, search, display, and programmatic channels; Campaign Manager 360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support digital media and brand marketing clients with analytics insights and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate campaign and content performance.
• Create BI dashboards to support planning, optimization, and client discussions.
• Build automated report workflows, including data collection via connectors and tooling usage.
• Monitor data quality, document metric definitions and reporting logic, and resolve discrepancies.
• Translate client goals into measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analysis plans for organic social, paid media, and broader programs.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders with varying analytics maturity.
• Manage recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests across multiple clients and teams.
