Job summary

Glocap Search is seeking a Senior Associate or Associate to support a leading private equity firm in secondaries and related investments. You will conduct diligence, valuation, and portfolio analysis across diverse across buyout, growth and venture geographies.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or PE direct/secondaries/co-investing and involves preparing investment materials and negotiating deal terms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of investment banking and/or PE direct/secondaries/co-investing.
• Experience with private equity portfolios, analysis, and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Research, diligence, and valuation of private equity portfolios across multiple assets and geographies.
• Research global industry trends and market data.
• Negotiation and preparation of legal documentation to support transaction execution and asset acquisitions.
• Prepare presentations, investment recommendations and other written materials for internal and external use.
