CFOx is an advisory firm providing CFO, Transaction, and Accounting Services to middle-market clients nationwide. We seek a Senior Associate to work with Directors and VPs, delivering strategic financial insights and leading client engagements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in public accounting or corporate finance, with audit and CPA preferences. The role supports growth initiatives and may involve flexible, hybrid work arrangements across Denver-area offices.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of public accounting or corporate finance experience.
• Audit experience preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Bonus: discretionary (Target: 10-20%).
• Commission: Sales commission eligible.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute CFO & Accounting Services engagements through financial analysis, modeling, diligence support, and client-facing workstreams
• Prepare accurate, well-structured client deliverables, analyses, and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with Directors and Vice Presidents to execute engagement plans, meet deadlines, and address client needs proactively
• Assist in the development, documentation, and improvement of internal processes, procedures, and templates to enhance efficiency and quality
• Continue to build technical, analytical, and client service skills while demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and increasing independence
