Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Outsourcing Practice in a dynamic, client-focused environment in the United States. You will support multiple engagements, perform accounting and tax work, and assist with daily client service delivery.

You will collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and Partners, mentoring junior staff while expanding technical expertise. A CPA or EA is preferred; in-office work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• Active CPA license or EA certification preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA firm preferred.
• In-office work required: minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and accounting reports for clients.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services and reconciliations.
• Review journal entries and tax documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide guidance to staff and engage in client-facing service delivery.
