Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality eye and vision care as part of a Target Optical practice in Texas. You will diagnose, treat and manage visual conditions while ensuring superior patient experiences and alignment with brand standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership and teammates to maintain safety, training, and performance while advancing the practice’s growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and leverage available technology to deliver exceptional patient and customer experiences.
