Job summary

Target Optical is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to provide high-quality eye care and vision services. You will diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system and deliver the brand promise through teamwork with the practice staff.

As a primary health care provider, you’ll leverage technology and clinical protocols to deliver excellent patient experiences while supporting growth of the practice and brand within the EssilorLuxottica family.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store team and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and drive growth for the brand.
