Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Target Optical division in Magnolia, TX is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to provide high‑quality eye and vision care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system as a key leader within the practice and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires graduation from an accredited optometry school, Texas licensure, and DPA/TPA certification with knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to support growth.
