Job Description

We are seeking passionate insurance agents to join as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). If you hold an active P&C license, particularly in homeowner insurance, and are seeking a stable career with growth opportunities, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will support clients by leveraging your insurance knowledge, assisting both agents and homeowners, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Note: Candidates must have an active P&C License. Preferred remote locations are on the East Coast or Central regions.

Position Overview

The CSR acts as the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries related to their home insurance policies, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers via calls and chats regarding their home insurance policies with empathy and expertise.
  2. Identify complex issues and escalate them appropriately.
  3. Maintain accurate interaction records in the policy system.
  4. Collaborate with underwriters and team members to resolve issues.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  6. Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Active P&C insurance license (mandatory).
  2. Minimum of 1 year homeowner insurance experience (mandatory).
  3. Proven customer service experience.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex information.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
