Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to support commercial, supply chain, construction, and regulatory matters. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will collaborate with TerraPower lawyers and business teams in the US and abroad.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage outside counsel, and provide regulatory and export control guidance. A J.D. and WA State Bar are required, with expectation to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' relevant experience, incl. law firm or in-house; nuclear sector a plus.
• Strong contract and commercial law experience, incl. technology transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating government contracts and grants.
• Regulatory/export control familiarity, preferably in nuclear context.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support to TerraPower Lawyers and manage contract reviews.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements for project delivery.
• Manage outside counsel and related regulatory matters and disputes.
• Support government contracts, grants, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and update standard contract templates and policies.
