The Annie E. Casey Foundation in Atlanta seeks a career-level professional to join its Atlanta Civic Site, guiding neighborhood transformation strategies and managing small business programming for Pittsburgh Yards.

The role collaborates with partners to advance housing, safety, and capacity building, reports results, and identifies opportunities for innovation. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least five years in real estate development; a master's degree or PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in community and economic development, real estate development and/or management or related field.
• Minimum of five years of work experience in real estate development, preferably including commercial development and/or place-based community work.
• Experience with diverse partners including government leaders, service providers, anchor institutions, nonprofits, and others.
• Experience with community development programs and/or capacity building for entrepreneurs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with development and implementation of neighborhood transformation strategies.
• Lead and support small business programming for Pittsburgh Yards.
• Build capacity in metro Atlanta among partners and grantees.
• Report on results and present work of key initiatives and grantees.
• Identify areas for capacity building and innovation.
