Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java).
• Experience with database query design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software components for manufacturing applications and processes.
• Assist in implementing features, data requests, and maintaining software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑structured code following team standards.
• Participate in code reviews and learn to write efficient, scalable software.
• Investigate and resolve bugs or performance issues with team support.
• Contribute to improving documentation, testing, and development workflows.
• Learn and apply agile project workflows and automation.
