Qualifications

• 3-6 years of total experience in external audit, TAS/FDD, fund accounting, accounting advisory, SEC reporting, technical accounting, GL accounting, and/or corporate finance/FP&A.
• About 2 years of experience in public accounting required.
• CPA licensed or in process preferred.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen.
• Experience with publicly traded companies/clients.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments.

• Contribute to or lead initiatives such as: Fund accounting; General ledger close and process improvement; FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support.
• Technical accounting (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting).
• IPO readiness and public company transformation.
• M&A preparation and integration.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics.
