Job summary

Ignited Recruiting is seeking experienced Big 4/Top 10 audit professionals for complex advisory engagements with Fortune 500 companies. This full-time, salaried role offers a competitive base and incentives, with no contract work.

Responsibilities include supporting strategic accounting projects, fund accounting, FP&A, and technical accounting; IPO readiness and M&A work are also part of the scope. Atlanta metro region and other major U.S. markets are referenced.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of total experience in audit, TAS/FDD, fund accounting, accounting advisory, SEC reporting, or related fields.
• About 2 years of experience in public accounting required.
• CPA licensed or in process preferred.
• Experience with publicly traded companies/clients.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through strategic accounting, finance and fund accounting projects.
• Lead initiatives in fund accounting, GL close, and process improvement.
• Provide FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support.
• Work on technical accounting topics (ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting).
• Assist with IPO readiness and public company transformation.
• Contribute to M&A preparation and integration.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen
