Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience in management-company finance or internal strategy within a large alternative asset manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business; an advanced degree is useful but not essential.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience producing sound analysis from incomplete data.

• Frame ambiguous problems, structure rigorous analysis, and interpret results in a form that supports decisions.
