Position InformationHiring Manager:Managing Director, Head of Corporate AffairsDepartment:Corporate AffairsDepartment OverviewCorporate Affairs oversees, integrates and manages the functions currently comprising Corporate Communications, Responsible Investing and Corporate Philanthropy.Corporate Affairs advances the Firm’s goals by crafting compelling commercial narratives, aligning, external-facing personnel and functions with messaging priorities and enhancing and protecting the Firm’s reputation.Corporate Affairs achieves its goals through the development of integrated communications plans that support business objectives. The team collaborates closely with Firm leadership, Sponsor Finance, the Investor Partners Group, Structured Products Teams and Functional groups to develop messaging and positioning that resonates with key stakeholder groups including private equity sponsors, investors, lenders and employees.Position ResponsibilitiesThe Director will ensure flawless execution of the Firm’s internal and external communication campaigns in a process-orientated, repeatable and efficient way. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
