Blue Owl Capital Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate in Loan Operations to support the end-to-end loan lifecycle across private and liquid credit from Short Hills, NJ.

You will manage reconciliations, funding memos, settlements, corporate actions, and investor inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. The role requires 3–5 years in financial services, a bachelor’s degree, and exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, focusing on loan operations.
• Understanding of loan lifecycle processes and investment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions across debt and equity investments.
• Prepare time-sensitive funding memos for direct fundings and borrowings.
• Proactively manage settlements with counterparties and agents; ensure timely closings.
• Support corporate actions and amendments through LendAmend and other platforms.
• Process restructurings within WSO and coordinate with custodians for accounting alignment.
• Coordinate assignments, participations, and private debt investments with SPV and Accounting teams.
• Respond to inquiries regarding investment activity.
• Maintain accurate investment records in WSO during month-end and quarter-end.
• Provide documentation support for auditors and valuation teams.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies related to trades, paydowns, and accruals.
