Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or equity capital markets.
• Experience with convertible bonds, equity-linked products, PIPEs, or private placements is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ECM transaction processes, including execution, diligence, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Millennium’s global structured capital markets activity, focusing on convertible bonds and equity-linked transactions.
• Evaluate and execute convertible bonds, PIPEs, SPACs, private placements, and similar structures.
• Assist through issuer review, valuation, terms analysis, approvals, investor feedback, and documentation coordination.
• Collaborate with ECM colleagues and portfolio managers to identify and advance opportunities.
• Develop issuer-targeting tools, transaction-precedent databases, market intelligence, and reverse-inquiry materials.
• Represent Millennium in meetings with companies, banks, and market participants, across time zones.
