Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Associate for its global middle-office function. You will act as a primary contact for trading-desk questions and help ensure post-trade activity is reliable, controlled and transparent.

Collaborate with trading, technology and operations to resolve issues, build dashboards and workflows, and expand capabilities for new strategies and asset classes. The role emphasizes strong lifecycle knowledge, data quality, and ownership, with opportunities to influence controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of financial-operations or trade-support experience.
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, P&L, security-master data and settlement.
• Experience handling front-office enquiries and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational problems.
• The ability to design or contribute to dashboards and analytics that provide useful operational insight.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and close attention to detail, combined with a willingness to take ownership.
• Familiarity with major financial-data platforms or comparable middle- and back-office tools would be useful.

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm seeking a Senior Associate for its global middle-office function. The team supports the lifecycle of trading activity across multiple asset classes and strategies, connecting the front office with technology and operational teams.

You’ll be a primary contact for trading-desk questions and take responsibility for making post-trade activity reliable, controlled and transparent. Alongside resolving day-to-day issues, you’ll improve workflows, data and monitoring so the operation can support new strategies and asset classes effectively.
