Airwallex is seeking a Senior Associate for Global Expansion Strategy & Operations to drive market entry across the Americas. You will partner with the CEO Office to turn strategic questions into actionable plans and scalable processes, shaping regulatory strategies, product scope, and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in top-tier strategy consulting or related fintech strategy roles.
• Excellent communication and ability to synthesize complex issues.
• Strong ownership and disciplined execution across initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and workflow improvement.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build market-entry strategies by assessing attractiveness, opportunity and regulatory feasibility.
• Design the market-entry model, including licensing and operating structures.
• Translate strategy into product requirements with Product & Engineering.
• Drive cross-functional launch readiness and identify critical dependencies.
• Enable executive decision-making with clear recommendations.
• Develop a lightweight Global Expansion operating system and reuseable tools.
• Take on broader CEO Office priorities beyond core expansion.
