Job Description

At Omnicom Media, we design ecosystems for growth - connecting strategy, creativity, data, and technology to move brands forward faster.

The Global Brand Team is where that connection becomes visible: the events people remember, the work that wins, the narrative that travels, and the channels that carry it. We're looking for a Senior Associate, Global Brand to run the operations of events and experiences (the pipeline, the library, the entries, the logistics) and to draft with confidence. If you are organized, quick, and calm, and you want to learn the craft from the inside, keep reading.

THE WORK

As Senior Associate, Global Brand, you keep events/experience operations running: trackers, the asset library, portals, deadlines, and logistics. You draft first versions in house style, check work against the brand guidelines, and compile the data behind reports.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain the practice's pipeline, library, or calendar; tag and file assets within five working days
  • Keep the central brand and asset library organized for teams, agencies, and partners
  • Run a first brand check on drafts: voice, visual identity, and usage standards
  • Manage logistics: deadlines, portals, fees, registration, evidence files, and QA
  • Draft packages, decks, posts, or briefs in house style for review
  • Coordinate production with editors, designers, photographers, videographers, and vendors
  • Compile performance data and early insights for the practice's monthly reports
  • Monitor social and press mentions; flag risks and opportunities to the lead
  • Support Cannes and CES on the ground
  • Run intake and route work through the agreed approval path
What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years in marketing, communications, or events, ideally on a global brand team
  • Organized, calm, and quick; you keep many deadlines moving
  • Copywriting and presentation design in a house template
  • Familiarity with CMS, social, CRM, or entry platforms
  • A sharp eye for visual and written consistency
  • Experience hosting clients or guests at events
Nice To Have (not Required)
  • Video coordination
  • Photoshop and SEO basics
  • Social listening or analytics tools
LOCATION / WAYS OF WORKING
  • New York: in-person collaboration is part of how we work
  • You'll partner across teams globally; early or late collaboration happens during pitches, tentpoles, and announcements.

Omnicom Media is committed to building teams where everyone can do their best work. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
