Job summary

Omnicom Media seeks a design lead to drive the Brand Experience across pitches, platforms, content, live experiences, and internal communications. You will shape visual identity systems, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across agency brands to deliver compelling experiences.

The role requires strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills, with 8-10+ years in brand design and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

  • PowerPoint expertise is an absolute must.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or experience design.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working across multiple media formats.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working at speed.

  • Develop and execute visual communication systems, brand identities, digital experiences, and creative assets across marketing, advertising, social, experiential, and digital platforms.
  • Applies principles of visual design, typography, product design, layout, interaction, and user experience to create cohesive and engaging brand experiences aligned to strategic and business objectives.
  • Collaborates with creative, strategy, technology, production, and client teams to deliver scalable design solutions that enhance usability, storytelling, audience engagement, and brand consistency across evolving media and customer experience ecosystems.

Role Overview

The Design Lead provides specialized expertise in a specific field, working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. The ideal person possesses strong problem-solving skills and provides professional advice and solutions that align with, and support, the organization’s broader goals.

Additional Considerations
  • Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
  • Time in lieu is provided for work performed outside the standard workweek

$85k -$110k

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
