Future Ventures is looking for an Associate General Counsel to lead the privacy and compliance program at Neuralink in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will manage privacy strategy for sensitive data and ensure compliance across various regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D., at least 10 years in privacy-focused legal practice, and a strong understanding of HIPAA and international data laws. Attractive compensation and stock options are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of privacy-focused legal practice required.
• Experience leading a privacy program in a high-growth health technology company preferred.
• Demonstrated command of GDPR, UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Own privacy strategy, compliance program, and data flow map.
• Lead the privacy incident response function.
• Track and translate regulatory developments into operational changes.
